Recipe :
- 500 grams of flour proteins are being

- 700 ml milk

- 75 grams sugar
Topping Ingredients :
- 100 gram sugar
- 100 ml of sweetened condensed milk
- 100 gram dark cooking chocolate, shaved
- 200 gram of cheddar cheese, grated
- 200 gram butter
How To Make :
1. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until blended. Set aside and then mix yeast and milk. Smooth and set aside
2. Mix the margarine and dark cooking chocolate and then cook until chocolate dissolved. After that set aside.
3. Beat the eggs and sugar until fluffy
4. Add the flour mixture alternately with the milk slowly, stirring until blended.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture slowly and then smooth. Allow the dough for 30 minutes.
6. Heat the molds, pour the batter to 1/2 the height of the mold.
7. Bake until porous, sprinkle with granulated sugar. Close mold and cook until done. After that lift.
8. Spread margarine, chocolate and sprinkle with grated cheese. Give extra sweetened condensed milk.
9. Cut into two equal parts, folding martabak, rubbing the skin with butter. After that cut and serve.
Tips : make sure the hot mold when the batter is poured because the mold is not the heat will cause martabak not fibrous.
